- What counts as a workflow event?
- One call to trigger a workflow. If order.shipped sends an inbox message, a push and an email, that is still one event.
- What happens when I go over my allowance?
- Paid plans keep sending and bill the extra at the rates above, and each range gets cheaper. Free pauses new sends at 20k events until the next month or an upgrade.
- When does Team make sense?
- Pro and Team cost the same at 1M events a month. Above that Team is always cheaper, and it adds AI routing, roles, an audit log and longer traces.
- How is SMS priced?
- Managed SMS is billed per segment at a fixed per-country rate. Bring your own Twilio or Telnyx account on any plan and pay them directly.
- Is multi-tenancy really on Free?
- Yes. Tenants are a core primitive, not an enterprise upsell.
